Working together
Terms & community guidelines
A starter set of expectations for respectful use. The platform operator should review these terms, add contact details and obtain local legal review where appropriate.

Use accurate information
Use an email address you control and provide accurate details when registering. Keep your sign-in credentials private and tell the administrator if you suspect an account has been compromised.
Event details and participation
Check the event date, location, capacity and instructions before attending. Organizers may need to update or cancel an event. A submitted registration is pending until its status is reviewed; it is not a guarantee of entry unless the organizer confirms it.
Respect the community
Do not use the platform to harass, threaten, impersonate, disrupt or submit unlawful or misleading content. Volunteer applications and contact messages should be constructive and relevant to community activities.
Accounts and moderation
Administrators can review event registrations, volunteer applications and contact messages, and can adjust access roles to operate the platform. Administrative changes are recorded in the site's audit log.
Availability and limitations
The platform is provided as a community coordination tool. The site operator should maintain backups, review content, verify event information and provide a way to report mistakes. The project is supplied without a guarantee of uninterrupted service or absolute security.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent using the contact form. The platform operator should confirm the final terms and applicable requirements before accepting public registrations.
